Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in construction planning and scheduling, civil infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Experience in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Experience in budget preparation and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 aligned with goals.
• Perform critical path analysis to identify delays and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports with earned value analysis for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team to gather data and update schedules and claims.
• Monitor and report project budgets, identify variances, and propose actions.
• Review contractor schedules for feasibility and compliance.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to protect timelines and costs.
• Prepare change order requests and assess impacts on schedule and budget.
• Assist in bid submissions with preliminary schedules and cost estimates.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools to improve planning.
