The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 4+ years on large-scale projects, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in construction planning and scheduling on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and track progress to identify critical path activities.
• Conduct constructability reviews to identify risks and optimize construction methods for feasibility and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed WBS and resource allocation plans to support execution and cost control.
• Analyze performance against baselines, generate variance reports and recommend corrective actions.
