This site-based position will help ensure that stormwater and underground utility works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, contract requirements, and current authority regulations. The engineer will coordinate with the Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, contractors, and inspection personnel to resolve site matters and maintain construction progress.
Applicants must hold a bachelor 's degree in civil engineering and have at least eight years of experience on infrastructure projects. Demonstrable involvement in the construction and supervision of microtunnelling, pipe jacking, or comparable trenchless technology works is mandatory. Experience delivering projects in Dubai is preferred because the position requires familiarity with local authority requirements and established site practices. Exposure to fast-track construction environments will also be valuable. The successful candidate should be comfortable using engineering and office software and capable of communicating site instructions, technical findings, and progress concerns logically and clearly.
This role provides direct involvement in specialist underground infrastructure works that require strong technical judgement and disciplined site supervision. The engineer will deepen expertise in stormwater systems and trenchless construction while contributing to demanding projects within Dubai 's expanding Civil Engineering sector.
