Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least eight years of infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on in microtunnelling, pipe jacking, or trenchless construction.
• Experience delivering projects in Dubai and familiarity with local authorities.
• Proficient in engineering software and ability to communicate site instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stormwater construction activities.
• Supervise microtunnelling and trenchless operations on site.
• Verify contractor compliance with drawings and regulations.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and RFIs.
• Provide clear on-site engineering direction.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineer and inspectors to maintain progress.
• Ensure safety practices and report issues promptly.
• Assist with closeout documentation and as-built reviews.
