Job summary

Antons Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Dubai-based construction and interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will supervise site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Candidates with UAE interior fit-out/renovation experience are preferred to advance in a dynamic project environment across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• 34 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out renovation or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies site execution and project coordination.
• Ability to read interpret and review technical drawings specifications and project documentation.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure materials workmanship and installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor project schedules and support the timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Assist with project planning material estimation procurement coordination and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.
