Job summary

Cheezee Global, a subsidiary of Tradev Markets Limited Group, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and client acquisition in the Forex and Financial Services sectors. You will identify forex brokers, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients while expanding Cheezee Global's presence across international markets.

Based in Dubai with headquarters in Cyprus, Cheezee Global delivers Crypto C2C, OTC, Wallet, and Payment Gateway

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Chinese with strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Experience in Forex, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or financial services preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard brokers, IBs, affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic business clients.
• Develop strategies to expand partner networks in Chinese-speaking and international markets.
• Build relationships with executives and industry stakeholders.
• Present Cheezee Global's payments, Crypto OTC, Wallet, and settlement solutions.
• Negotiate partnerships and manage end-to-end deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations for onboarding and ongoing relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities in Forex, FinTech, Crypto, and Digital Payments.
• Represent Cheezee Global at international exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Consistently achieve business development targets and revenue KPIs.

Position: Business Development Manager – Forex Partnerships

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Cheezee Global's presence within the Forex and Financial Services ecosystem. You will identify and develop strategic partnerships with Forex brokers, payment providers, introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients while driving sustainable business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard Forex brokers, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic business clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Cheezee Global's partner network across Chinese-speaking and international markets.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and industry stakeholders.
• Present Cheezee Global's payment, Crypto OTC, Wallet, and settlement solutions tailored to partner requirements.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships and manage the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within Forex, FinTech, Crypto, and Digital Payments.
• Represent Cheezee Global at international exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Consistently achieve business development targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Native or Fluent Chinese speaker with excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline
• 2–5+ years of Business Development, Partnership, Institutional Sales, or Account Management experience
• Previous experience within Forex Brokerage, FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Financial Services is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Forex brokerage operations, liquidity, payment solutions, and institutional partnerships is an advantage
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
