Dolphin Markets is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Payments with a strong network across the global FX/CFD brokerage industry. The role will focus on developing payment partnerships and introducing alternative and local payment solutions to FX/CFD brokers across key international markets. We are looking for someone who already understands the brokerage ecosystem, knows the relevant decision-makers, and can turn existing industry relationships into real commercial opportunities. This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys building business rather than simply managing existing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business relationships with FX/CFD brokers globally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified broker opportunities.
• Introduce local and alternative payment solutions covering key emerging markets.
• Engage directly with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, Heads of Payments, Finance and Operations.
• Understand each broker's payment requirements and work with internal and external partners to structure suitable solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions from initial introduction through onboarding, integration and go-live.
• Develop existing relationships to increase payment volumes and identify new opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on broker payment requirements, competitor offerings, pricing and emerging payment trends.
• Represent the business at relevant FX/CFD industry events and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong existing network within the FX/CFD brokerage industry is essential.
• 5+ years of relevant business development, payments, brokerage or fintech experience preferred.
• Previous experience selling payment solutions to FX/CFD brokers is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to independently originate and close new business.
• Existing relationships with senior decision-makers at FX/CFD brokers.
• Good understanding of payment concepts including local payment methods, pay-in/payout, settlement, USDT/crypto settlement and payment risk.
• Experience across markets such as Asia, MENA, Southeast Asia, LATAM or other emerging markets would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

We are looking for a hunter rather than a traditional account manager.

The right candidate should already be able to identify brokers within their network, open senior-level conversations and create opportunities without relying entirely on inbound leads.

Your existing industry relationships, commercial track record and ability to generate real business will matter more to us than job titles or academic qualifications.
