Job summary

Quantum Horizon Technology LLC in Dubai seeks a CTO-equivalent leader to shape the technology vision for a next-generation iGaming B2B platform. You will drive architecture, define tech strategy and build a scalable ecosystem to support rapid delivery and long-term growth.

You will lead a Dubai-based engineering team, align client requirements with technical roadmaps and establish robust engineering practices, security and governance to meet enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CTO-level or equivalent technology leadership roles, ideally in iGaming or complex platform environments.
• Strong architecture and delivery leadership with a track record of building scalable B2B platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, modern development practices and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy, architecture and development across multiple products and platforms.
• Build and lead a Dubai-based engineering team, recruit top talent and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee product development lifecycle from architecture and planning to deployment and delivery, ensuring enterprise-grade quality.
