Job summary

AP Executive - Global Executive Search Agency is partnering with a fast-growing FCA-regulated crypto custody platform to recruit a seasoned executive for the Board as Chief Revenue Officer. You will own revenue strategy, pricing and the full ecosystem from custody to lending, cards and trading.

You'll build partnerships, drive international expansion and lead marketing, commercial, partnerships and product-revenue teams, shaping the brand globally from day one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• A verifiable track record building a multi-product regulated crypto platform - custody, exchange, wallet or lending - at an established brand.
• Deep fluency across custody and MPC, segregated vs. omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking and yield, OTC, stablecoins and the Travel Rule.
• Strong UK, Middle East, and international regulatory know-how, a clean record, and genuine Board-level credibility.

Responsibilities

• Join as Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Director and Board member, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for our custody ecosystem - from core custody through lending, staking, cards, BNPL, trading and private client services.
• Take full ownership of revenue and pricing across every vertical we launch.
• Build out our partnerships, our platform, and our international expansion from the ground up.
• Lead marketing and our commercial, partnerships and product-revenue teams.
• Be the person who shapes this brand globally - because the role you're stepping into doesn't really exist anywhere else yet.
