Job summary

AP Executive Pte Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing FCA-regulated crypto custody platform to recruit a senior executive to join the board as Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Director. You will own the revenue strategy for custody, lending, staking, cards, BNPL and private client services, and drive international expansion from day one.

You bring 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto, and a verifiable track record building a multi-product regulated

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
• Verifiable track record building multi-product regulated crypto platform.
• Deep fluency across custody, MPC, exchanges, lending, staking, OTC, stablecoins and Travel Rule.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue strategy across custody, lending, staking, cards, BNPL and private client services.
• Lead international expansion and build partnerships, platform and ecosystem.
• Direct marketing, commercial, partnerships and product-revenue functions.
• Shape and execute pricing strategy across all verticals for global growth.
• Provide Board-level leadership and credibility, driving brand on a global scale.
