The CRO will oversee global sales and trading revenue, client relationships, and marketing, driving sustained expansion and exceptional client experiences in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of leadership experience in revenue generation within banking and financial services.
• Senior executive experience (MD or equivalent) at a global financial institution with full P&L accountability.
• Proven record of building and scaling a new business or platform inside a large institution.
• Experience leading global, multi-region sales and revenue organizations with regional heads.
• Regulatory, cross-border and currency management knowledge.

• Develop and execute the global revenue growth strategy across pricing, sales, alliances, marketing, and branding.
• Lead regional MDs for EMEA, LATAM, and Asia Pacific to drive revenue and client growth.
