Virtua Advanced Solution is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to coordinate staffing with department managers and drive candidate selection across multiple channels. You will develop criteria, supervise searches, and manage interviews to ensure top talent is identified and hired efficiently.

The role requires strong ATS proficiency, experience designing interview questions, and the ability to facilitate internal nominations while maintaining policy compliance.

Accurately evaluating candidate information including resumes and contact details using applicant tracking systems.
Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.
Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies procedures and best practices in recruitment processes.
Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
