Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head of IT & Technology Development to lead IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise applications across multi-site operations. The role emphasizes service delivery, system architecture decisions, and hands-on governance of IT projects.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with extensive experience and relevant certifications (ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity) and a track record of delivering IT services and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Substantial progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• ITIL, Microsoft, networking, cybersecurity, cloud or project-management certification as appropriate; demonstrable hands-on results matter.

Responsabilités

• Arrange IT onboarding, transfers and offboarding: devices, accounts, email, access rights, standard applications, shared resources and timely account revocation.
• Administer or oversee LAN/WAN, network switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, VPNs, structured cabling and connectivity between offices and operating sites.
