Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks a Director of Technology to lead the organization’s technology strategy, enterprise architecture, software delivery, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
10+ years in a senior technology leadership role; experience with regulated sectors.
Strong vendor governance and strategic technology investment experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term technology strategy across apps, infra, cloud, cybersecurity, and ITSM.
Lead cloud adoption strategy for secure, compliant hybrid environments.
Mentor multidisciplinary teams responsible for software delivery, security, and operations.
Oversee governance: enterprise architecture, change management, risk, and compliance.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts.
Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and value.
