Job summary

Yello is seeking an experienced IT leader to establish and run local IT operations at a new Dubai site, partnering with global technology teams.

You will own end-to-end service delivery for a large industrial site, acting as the primary escalation point for major incidents and driving governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder management across site leadership and corporate IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with site IT operations and service delivery.
• Proven experience as IT Site Manager or similar in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing budgets, assets, contracts and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with site leadership and corporate IT functions.
• Experience with ITIL processes, cybersecurity standards, audits and compliance.

Our client is a leading international organisation operating complex industrial facilities across multiple regions. The business is investing in a new Dubai site and requires an experienced IT leader to establish and manage local IT operations while partnering with global technology teams.

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery for a large industrial site, ensuring reliable support for all business users.
• Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, service issues, and business-critical IT challenges.
• Manage local IT budgets, contracts, assets, service providers, and operational expenditure.
• Drive compliance with corporate IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance requirements.
• Represent site requirements within regional and global IT organisations, coordinating infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Minimum 10 years' IT experience, including significant responsibility for site IT operations and service delivery.
• Proven experience as an IT Site Manager, IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or similar role supporting a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemical, energy, logistics, or production environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of local IT budgets, vendors, assets, governance activities, and operational reporting.
• Strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships across site leadership teams and corporate IT functions.
• Experience working within structured enterprise environments with defined ITIL processes, cybersecurity standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
