Job summary

The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority is seeking an experienced IT Leader to oversee end-to-end infrastructure and smart applications operations, aligning with strategic objectives. You will ensure availability, security, and resilience of IT networks, systems, and applications, drive IT governance, incident management, and service delivery, and report performance to executive leadership.

With a focus on risk reduction and value delivery, you will align infrastructure with business needs,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area.
Master’s degree in relevant subject area.
Professional certifications in IT governance or cybersecurity are preferred (e.g., CompTIA, PMP).

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of Infrastructure and Smart Applications Sections, aligning with strategic objectives.
Ensure continuous availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications per SLA and cybersecurity standards.
Integrate infrastructure with application requirements for seamless performance, scalability, and interoperability.
Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, backup management, and resilience testing/reporting.
Monitor KPI’s and service metrics to ensure uptime, incident resolution, and user satisfaction.
Govern IT operations, change and release management to minimise risk and ensure controlled deployments.
