Enterprise Data Integration Lead

We are seeking a seasoned data integration professional to lead our enterprise-wide ETL initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, as well as strong knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion data models and integration points.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for all ETL activities, including design, development, enhancement, and monitoring of Informatica PowerCenter workflows.
• Manage daily PowerCenter job executions, reviewing logs, resolving sync failures, and mitigating risk of job failures.
• Enhance and refactor legacy return jobs to improve reliability, throughput, and performance optimization.
• Design, lead, and execute the migration of PowerCenter workloads to IDMC Cloud, including architecture definition, process mapping, and validation frameworks.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
