The role requires technical supervision, quality control, cost management, and coordination with contractors and consultants to deliver projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) with 15+ years in civil construction, including 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in civil engineering/construction with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contractor & Consultant Coordination: Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.

3. Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, engineering teams, contractors, and consultants
