The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) with 15+ years in civil construction, including 5+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in civil engineering/construction with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical supervision of civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure project quality, specifications, and safety standards are met.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Ensure timely delivery in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
