Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Dubai to lead complex engineering projects from initiation to completion with a focus on time, scope, and budget. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage plans, and mentor staff to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project management, engineering design, and leadership, with proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ACONEX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience ( interiors and civil works ).
• Proficiency with MS Projects and Primavera required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients.
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform technical reviews and risk assessments for quality and safety.
• Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead and oversee complex engineering projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, engineering design, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and clients.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to ensure project quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry in both interiors and civil works.
• Knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera is required.
• Working knowledge of ACAD and ACONEX is preferred
