Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a senior technology leader to own architecture, engineering, and operations for a multi-brand, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem. The role focuses on SFCCSFRA, Headless/SCAPI, IAM, MACH architectures, and enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA, OMS, PIM, and payment gateways.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive API-first integrations, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant digital platforms across the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Master's in computer science or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in Commerce Technology leadership, with 5+ years in SFCC knowledge.
• Expertise in SFCC SFRA & Headless architectures, API-first integrations, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the digital commerce technology vision, roadmap and execution strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end platform integrations (SFCC, SFMS, SAP S/4HANA, OMS, PIM) and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Lead engineering teams (SFCC, BE, Mobile App, QA, DevOps) to deliver scalable digital experiences.
• Drive security, performance, and compliance across platforms (PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP).
• Manage vendor relationships including Salesforce and SI partners; oversee budgeting and governance.
