Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology leadership, enterprise/solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• At least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture leadership; retail/omnichannel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Develop target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps for core platforms.
• Translate business initiatives into scalable capabilities and architectural requirements.
• Lead architecture governance and reviews across ERP, e‑commerce, CRM, and supply chain.
