Job summary

Tanqeeb, a major UAE-based industrial organization, seeks a senior cyber security leader to orchestrate the enterprise strategy for IT and OT environments. The role requires steering governance, risk, compliance, security operations and data privacy to safeguard critical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will guide OT security architecture, budgets, and vendor ecosystems while advising top leadership on threats and remediation priorities, ensuring safety, availability and continuity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
10–15 years' experience spanning cyber security, IT/OT systems, infrastructure, networking and security leadership.
Strong industrial or manufacturing experience, including automation/control systems and OT security architecture.
Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure/Microsoft 365).

Responsibilities

Own and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments.
Lead cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations and data privacy.
Establish robust OT security controls while protecting plant safety, availability and operational continuity.
Oversee cyber security budgets, strategic projects, vendors and specialist technical teams.
Advise senior leadership on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk exposure and remediation priorities.
