Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Building Maintenance /Facilities Management or related discipline with leadership in FM in UAE.
• 20+ years of experience leading FM projects/organizations in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Excellence for the large prestigious client's projects.
• Client Relationship Management to meet customer service and budget standards.
• Financial & commercial performance management.
• Operation Governance & Compliance.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to deliver contracts to standards.
• Develop SOPs for cleaning & TFM under center of excellence.
• Generate leads and manage opportunities in UAE FM sector.
• Establish relationships with new clients and grow business with existing clients.
• Implement Annual HSE Improvement Plan.
• Develop marketing & commercial strategy to reduce costs.
• Plan budget systems to track profit and loss.
• Review proposals to determine time frames, funding, staffing, and resources.
• Analyze data and suggest efficiency/quality improvements.
• Execute contractual requirements and handle client complexities.
• Mobilize and maintain contractual requirements.
• Coordinate project activities to meet goals within time and budget.
• Qualify and convert prospects to clients and ensure timely payments.
• Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximise investments.
