Job summary

Ejadah in Dubai leads the Executive – Soft Services, overseeing daily soft services such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management and hospitality across facilities. You will supervise sites, manage staff, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate with clients to meet service levels.

The role emphasizes quality audits, recruitment support, and continuous service improvements to optimize resources and costs while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in facilities management (FM).
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or integrated soft services.
• UAE/GCC FM experience preferred.
• BICS Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day soft services operations across assigned sites.
• Monitor cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping and hospitality services.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure service standards.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies and HSE regulations.
• Manage deployment, attendance, productivity and discipline of soft services staff.
• Coordinate with clients and address service requests, complaints and corrective actions.
• Prepare manpower schedules, duty rosters and monthly reports.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, tools and equipment.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with technical FM teams for seamless operations.
• Assist in implementing service improvements and cost optimization.
• Monitor KPI and SLA compliance and provide regular performance reports.
