Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Excellence for the large prestigious client's projects.
• Client Relationship Management to meet customer service and budget standards.
• Financial & commercial performance management.
• Operation Governance & Compliance.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to deliver contracts to standards.
• Develop SOPs for cleaning & TFM under center of excellence.

The Head of Soft Services & Cleaning provides strategic and operational leadership for all soft services activities. To lead and manage all soft services Projects, operations, including cleaning, HK, pest control, facade cleaning, and related support services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and contractual compliance across all client locations. The role is accountable for service excellence, financial performance, workforce productivity, and continuous improvement of soft services delivery. Collective responsibility for the development of the organization and day to day operations of the business and contribute to the delivery of the company ‘Business Plan’ including its growth targets. Ensure Operational restructuring for efficient project management, uplifting quality of customer services & developing cost saving practices. Also lead on the acquisition and achievement of professional accreditation and memberships for disciplines appropriate to their business unit.

• Responsible for mobilizing and maintaining contractual requirements.
• Plan, direct and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters through respective facilities managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering /Building Maintenance /Facilities Management or related discipline having experience in setting-up and developing a FM Services company in the region and able to demonstrate leadership in FM industry and projects20+ Years of experience with similar responsibilities in leading organization of FM industry in UAE.
