Job summary

ALIGN ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY SERVICES LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced accountant to manage core financial processes. The role involves posting entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting the annual audit.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, have 5–6 years of experience, and be fluent in Arabic and English, with IFRS knowledge and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; government entities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and post accounting entries and supplier invoices in the ERP
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, suppliers, customers, GL)
• Manage audit findings and respond to audit requests
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely closure of audit action points

• Manage audit findings, financial statement observations and audit requests
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit action points
