Job summary

Yello in Abu Dhabi seeks a diligent Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, VAT compliance, and monthly close. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records.

The ideal candidate holds a accounting degree, professional qualifications are a plus, 2–4 years of experience, IFRS knowledge, and UAE residency. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of VAT compliance and financial reporting.
• Understanding of IFRS and accounting best practices.
• ACCA/CPA/CA/M CMA qualifications are advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA are advantageous.
• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience in payment processing, banking operations, and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of IFRS and accounting best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UAE (open to candidates without UAE work experience)
