La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen and deliver dishes to LPM standards. You will ensure mise en place is organised and guide junior chefs in your section, contributing to a cohesive, high-standard kitchen operation by the beach.

You will be part of a new LPM on the waterfront, delivering exceptional hospitality in a relaxed, elegant setting with a French-M Mediterranean influence.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a good restaurant or hotel.
• Solid cooking fundamentals and consistency.
• Organised and calm during service.
• A team player who helps others learn.
• Culinary training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Run your section during preparation and service.
• Cook and present dishes to LPM standard.
• Keep mise en place ready and organised.
• Guide demi chefs and commis in your section.
• Support stock rotation and reduce waste.
• Keep hygiene and safety standards high.
