Job summary

Caliberly in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a proactive Channel Sales Executive to build and manage channel partners, distributors, dealers, and resellers. You will expand market reach, drive revenue through partner networks, and ensure sales targets are met.

You will identify new business opportunities, develop partner sales plans, and coordinate with internal teams to support quotations and orders, while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, dealer sales, or business development.
• Experience with distributors, resellers, dealers, or B2B channel partners.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and regional business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to improve engagement and sales performance.
• Regularly visit channel partners to understand their business requirements, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop partner-specific sales plans and strategies to increase product penetration and market coverage.
• Monitor partner performance against sales targets and implement improvement plans where required.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
