Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive for Certified Pre Owned Units in Dubai. You will guide customers through a structured sales journey, aiming to meet monthly unit targets while maximizing margins and F&I uptake.

You’ll also manage trade-ins and accessories sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a strong Net Promoter Score. You will cultivate leads from Tel/Web/Walk-in channels, convert at least 25% of them, and attend training to sharpen sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of sales experience, automotive preferred.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills; English fluent; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets and maximize gross margins.
• Drive Finance & Insurance product sales and accessories targets.
• Engage customers to ensure high satisfaction and promote referrals.
• Convert leads from multiple channels with a 25%+ conversion rate.
