Al-Futtaim Automotive, Dubai-based, is seeking a UAE National Sales Executive for Honda & TE to drive Certified Pre-Owned sales, maximize margins, and promote F&I products. You will manage leads, grow showroom engagement, and ensure accurate data capture for pre-sale and after-sale activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills, with the ability to influence customer choices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured one-offer journey.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
• Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing, enhancing revenue and NPS/CSV opportunities.
• Manage leads to increase sales revenue, aiming for a 25% conversion rate from Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries.
• Ensure proper capture of customer data in C4C for efficiency in referencing and follow-ups.
