This position plays a key role in promoting finance and insurance products while ensuring high customer satisfaction through a professional one-offer sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets and ensure accurate deal stacking in CRM systems including unit, discount, finance, and add-on details
• Maximize retained gross margins to support branch profitability
• Meet monthly finance and insurance sales targets covering insurance, finance, and value-added products
• Drive referral conversions through consistent second-facing with Showroom Managers to improve customer satisfaction and revenue
• Achieve targets for trade-ins, days inventory outstanding, and accessories sales
• Manage and convert leads from telephone, web, and walk-in channels with a minimum conversion rate target
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data including test drive records, Emirates ID, and contact details
• Participate in sales meetings, mandatory learning sessions, and brand and product training programs
• Stay informed on brand campaigns, competitor activity, and customer buying options to optimize sales performance

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification
• Proven ability to upsell and build value for customers
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
