Job summary

Entropy, an operating firm serving investors, ventures and policymakers, seeks a full-time CEO to lead a venture built by Entropy Studio. The role offers ownership of the P&L, the commercial engine, the regulatory position, and the first institutional raise.

You may bring the company you run for Entropy to invest or join a company we form together. The board seats are held by Entropy's partners and you will recruit and lead the founding team and guide the market entry across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Founder or full P&L leadership experience
• Proven revenue generation from real customers and contracts
• Experience in regulated or complex categories
• Capital experience in raising or negotiating institutional money
• Strong judgement in unstructured environments

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L from formation, including pricing, margin, unit economics and operating plan
• Build the commercial engine from first customers through contracts and partnerships
• Secure the regulatory position including licences and approvals
• Recruit and lead the founding team, including cross-market hires
• Run the first external raise with Entropy's Partner & CFO through to close
