Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an ambitious Assistant Outlet Manager to lead a team and deliver top-quality food & beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction and departmental profitability.

You will plan schedules, oversee operations, and train staff, with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office, Windows, POS systems, and Micros. International experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate holds a degree in hospitality and has experience in F&B.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in MS Office, Windows and POS systems.
• Familiarity with Micros is desirable; international experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare schedules for all employees according to the forecast and manning guide to ensure adequate manpower.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the assigned outlet.
• Be involved in planning of promotions, beverage purchases and pricing under the Outlet Manager.
• Ensure sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise the daily operation under standards fixed by Hotel Management and Outlet Manager.
• Define training needs and propose training programs in coordination with the Outlet Manager and train subordinates.
• Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
