Job summary

Role Description

The Car Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the selection, pricing, and purchase process. The Car Sales Specialist will present inventory options, explain auction and buying procedures, conduct test drives where applicable, and ensure clear communication of vehicle features, conditions, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the sales system, following up with leads, coordinating with the operations team on vehicle delivery and documentation, and supporting clients with basic export and shipping inquiries. The role also includes meeting sales targets, contributing to customer retention initiatives, and promoting a positive, professional customer experience in line with Honey Jidosha’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive sales experience, with the ability to advise on vehicle selection and purchase within a dynamic auction and used car environment.
• Sales consulting and customer service skills to understand client needs, present options clearly, and support informed buying decisions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and customer retention, with a commitment to building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Knowledge of the UAE automotive market and familiarity with car auction processes is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet defined sales targets and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred; relevant vocational or academic qualifications in business, sales, or automotive studies are an advantage.
