Job summary

First Choice Cars is seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi to greet showroom visitors, identify needs, and guide them toward suitable vehicle options. You will drive sales, manage test drives, and assist with financing and paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction.

You will coordinate with export teams for international sales and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.

• Sales Transactions:

• Financial and Paperwork Assistance:
• Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company and bank policies.
• Collect customer documents for auto loans and coordinate with bank agents, ensuring timely loan approvals.
• Learn and Share Vehicle Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of various car brands and models.
• Educate customers about vehicle features and benefits.
• Accompany customers on test drives, demonstrating car functionalities.
• Sales Documentation & Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage sales documentation and reports.
• Team Coordination for Export Sales:
• Handle export documentation and procedures for international vehicle sales.
• Coordinate with customers or shipping companies for necessary documents (e.g., exit certificate, export bill of entry, bill of lading).
• Update the accounts department on the status and completion of export-related documentation.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
