Job summary

CNNP General Trading L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Sales Specialist in Dubai to drive full-cycle vehicle sales and connect local clients with our internal team. The role emphasizes bilingual communication across English, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese within a cross-border automotive environment.

You will manage the complete sales process, liaise with walk-in and online customers, and leverage Office tools to maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-process vehicle sales with walk-in and online customers, including model intro, demand matching, negotiation, and order follow-up.
• Coordinate daily sales tasks: organize vehicle materials, customer files, sales accounts, inventory, and progress updates.
• Engage with local overseas customers and partners, using bilingual communication; follow up after-sales visits to improve retention.
• Assist in daily office tasks using basic Office software and collaborate with bilingual team members.
• Monitor market demands and competitor activity to support sales strategy improvements.

Job Overview

We are a Dubai-based automotive enterprise with cross-border operation background, dedicated to providing professional, full-cycle vehicle transaction services for local customers in the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team. You will cover the full sales chain, connect local clients with our internal team, and help us steadily expand market share in Dubai's automotive retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take charge of the full-process vehicle sales work, connect with walk-in and online potential customers, complete all links including vehicle model introduction, demand matching, business negotiation and order follow-up, and achieve the monthly automobile sales performance target.
2. Coordinate daily sales affairs: sort out vehicle model materials, customer files and sales accounts, update inventory and order progress synchronously, and ensure all business data is accurate and traceable.
3. Connect with local overseas customers and partners, complete daily business communication and contract docking relying on bilingual proficiency, properly follow up after-sales customer return visits and maintenance, and improve customer repurchase and referral rates.
4. Assist the team with daily office affairs: use basic Office software to complete report statistics, document sorting and meeting information synchronization, and cooperate with internal Chinese employees to complete cross-language collaboration.
5. Assist in sorting out the details of the sales process, timely feed back front-line market customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide front-line references for sales strategy optimization.

Skills

• Fluent in English for seamless business communication; professional proficiency in Arabic and Mandarin Chinese are highly preferred and will give you a distinct competitive edge in our multi-cultural client base.
• Proven track record in automotive sales, with full familiarity with end-to-end vehicle sales workflows, and a demonstrated ability to independently prospect new leads, nurture client relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with the ability to independently compile accurate sales performance reports, manage client databases, and maintain well-organized sales documentation.
• Naturally patient, detail-oriented, and service-focused, with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to understand, accommodate, and deliver tailored solutions for clients from varied cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Strong sense of ownership and work accountability, comfortable balancing frontline sales delivery with routine administrative support, and fully adaptable to the fast-moving rhythm of Dubai's cross-border automotive trade industry.
