Job summary

dubizzle in the UAE is seeking a Purchaser to price vehicles for representation on the dubizzle platform. This role focuses on generating new listings, growing inventory, and helping the team meet sales targets across the UAE market.

In this role you will price cars, negotiate with customers to secure maximum margins, purchase vehicles, and ensure competitive pricing. You will maintain stock levels, hit monthly targets, and use Salesforce CRM for accurate data entry while building lasting

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience.
• CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred).
• A proven track record in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the used car market and GCC vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Price a multitude of vehicles within the dubizzle Cars boundaries.
• Negotiate with customers to price cars for maximum margin.
• Purchase cars within defined criteria.
• Price cars for managed service and ensure competitive pricing.
• Achieve a healthy profit margin (10%).
• Maintain stock with average days in stock around 30 days.
• Hit monthly targets and margins (Managed, Auction).
• Outbound on-call consultations to generate new branch sign ups.
• Adjust vehicle pricing for mileage, color, warranty, engines and condition.
• Data entry of customer and car details using Salesforce CRM.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for future business.
• Oversee representation from meet-and-greet to handover to enhance customer experience.

• Demonstrate a clear ability to price a multitude of vehicles within the dubizzle Cars boundaries
• Negotiate with customers to price cars effectively ensuring an efficient sale with maximum margin
• Purchasing cars within the given criteria
• Pricing cars for managed service and ensuring cars are priced competitively.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience
• Previous experience using CRM software/Apps (Preferred Salesforce)
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role
• In depth knowledge of the used car market
• Expertise in wide range of makes, models, specifications specifically for GCC vehicles
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• High level interpersonal skills to facilitate communication in person, by email, and telephone with professionalism
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively and efficiently
• Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude
