Bayut & dubizzle is hiring a Field Sales Representative for our Cars segment in Dubai. You will meet buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales and act as a mediator to achieve targeted sales and margins.

Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills is essential as you collaborate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to complete vehicle transfers. You will build relationships with clients, present car features, and ensure customer satisfaction while updating the

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as field representative/account manager in UAE (motors preferred).
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Sellers and Buyers.
• Present car features and conduct demonstrations (test drives) during field viewings.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure vehicle transfer success.
• Identify customer needs before making recommendations.
• Handle client queries by phone and email during viewings.
• Understand the motor market and its audiences.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve closing ratios.
• Promote various models per buyer interest.
• Explain vehicle condition, service, warranty and history from inspection reports.
• Share inspection reports with buyers.
• Update viewings and add comments in the system accurately and on time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry
• Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong closing skills
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently
• Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients
