Job summary

GTA Cars in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Car Purchasing Specialist to drive stock acquisition in one of the world’s most active automotive markets. You will source vehicles across the UAE, evaluate stock, and negotiate prices with private sellers and dealers to secure advantageous deals.

We value UAE exposure, knowledge of vehicle makes and market values, and a confident, results-driven approach. A UAE driving license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales.
• UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds will be seriously considered.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment, and market values.
• Confidence in outbound sourcing and negotiating directly with private sellers and trade contacts.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing vehicles across the UAE market through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals, and your network.
• Evaluating stock: pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and saleability.
• Negotiating purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure deals for the business.
• Coordinating inspections, test drives, and compliance checks before purchase.
• Working with sales and operations teams to align showroom stock with demand.
• Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activity and negotiations.
• Hitting monthly targets across volume, margin, and stock quality.

What You Need to Have
