Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative, process-driven sales experience from first enquiry to handover.
• Match customers with the right vehicle and finance solution.
• Drive pipeline through showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, prospecting, and follow-ups.
• Source vehicles from the market and bring them into GTA stock on consignment (SOR).
• Hit and exceed monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-ons.
• Keep CRM records clean and accurate throughout every deal.

What You Need to Have

• Hands-on experience in automotive sales — UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian dealership backgrounds are seriously considered
• Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and the premium/performance segment
• Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle procurement
• Valid UAE driving licence

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering a consultative, process-driven sales experience from first enquiry to handover
• Matching customers with the right vehicle and finance solution based on genuine needs
• Driving pipeline through showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, prospecting, and follow-ups
• Sourcing vehicles from the market and bringing them into GTA stock on consignment (SOR)
• Hitting and exceeding monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-ons
• Keeping clean, accurate CRM records throughout every deal
