Job summary

CARS24 Arabia in the UAE is seeking a Technical Retail Associate within Procurement to support used-car evaluation, purchase decisions, and margin management across multiple locations.

You will inspect vehicles, ensure SOP adherence, and communicate transparently with stakeholders while maintaining a professional appearance and ownership mindset. This is a role in a fast-growing automotive tech company delivering a modern pre-owned car buying experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle evaluation, car procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of used-car inspection and the pre-owned automotive market.
• Knowledge of vehicle condition, pricing and factors impacting resale value and margins.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase for retail, auction or C2C transactions.
• Ensure thorough inspection of vehicles adhering to SOPs.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Be adaptable to work at various locations as required.
• Close cars on the spot or with follow up while maintaining healthy margins.
• Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding procured cars.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver's Seat

• Inspect and evaluate used cars for purchase, either for retail, auction, or C2C (consumer-to-consumer) transactions.


• Ensure thorough inspection of vehicles with zero errors, strictly adhering to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).


• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.


• Be adaptable and flexible to work at various locations as required by the organization.


• Close cars that are being inspected on the spot or through efficient follow up,


• Maintain a healthy margin for all cars procured.


• Transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding all procured cars.

What's Under the Hood

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.


• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle evaluation, car procurement, or a similar role.


• Strong understanding of used-car inspection, vehicle evaluation, and the pre-owned automotive market.


• Good knowledge of vehicle condition, specifications, pricing, and factors that impact resale value and margins.


• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to different locations and business requirements.
