• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Real estate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties and services.
• Qualify leads and identify potential clients based on their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and other relevant teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Make follow-up calls to existing leads and ensure no potential opportunity is missed.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalated issues when required.
• Meet daily call, follow-up, and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
