Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and maintain high service standards.
• Lead and coach the café team during service.
• Engage with members and guests with personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee, beverages, and food offerings.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and café ambience.
• Address member feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Manage stock, inventory, and support cost control.
