Qualifications

• Barista certification or relevant Food & Beverage qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional barista experience.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, milk texturing and brewing techniques.
• Refined member engagement and communication skills with a service mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and product presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed during high-volume service.
• Passion for coffee craftsmanship and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas and other beverages to high standards.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to consistently high standards of taste and presentation.
• Engage with members and guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, extraction techniques, and current beverage trends.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment correctly, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout daily operations.
• Monitor product freshness, stock rotation, inventory levels, and wastage to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless and timely service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and established Club procedures at all times.
