Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi. You will lead day-to-day service operations, guide the F&B team, and uphold high standards of member engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in private members clubs, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environments preferred.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality or F&B is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service.
• Lead and coach the F&B team during service with real-time feedback.
• Engage with members and guests for personalized and attentive service.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, product quality, and outlet readiness.
• Handle member feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Events, and other teams for seamless service delivery.
• Support inventory control, stock management, cost awareness and resource use.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and club procedures.
