Job summary

GALADARI BROTHERS CO. L.L.C. is seeking an experienced used car purchasing professional to achieve targets while maintaining superior customer service.

You will value and appraise vehicles, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate across branches to optimize trade-ins and sales. The role requires independent work and strong market insight. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in used car buying, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Used Car Buying/purchase.
• Strong knowledge of used car market values and showroom sales process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing profitability of the branch.
• Understand the used car market and accurately value vehicles.
• Appraise & purchase vehicles following company guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where every customer & car is different.
• Value challenging vehicles through additional research.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide showroom opportunities to improve trade-ins and close more new car sales.
• Manage existing business and identify new markets for expansion.
• Visit customer sites when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports based on visits/targets.
• Coordinate with branches/head office for vehicle movement.
• Contribute to team efforts and complete related tasks as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Job purpose: To achieve and exceed allocated targets for used cars while maintaining/improving customer service experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Achieve/monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
• Understanding of the current used car market and be able to accurately value vehicles.
• Be fully capable to appraise & purchase vehicles following the company guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where every customer & car is different.
• Do additional research to accurately value more challenging vehicles.
• Ensure to always meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
• Provide Showroom opportunities to improve number of Trade Ins done through offering best market driven trade price on customer vehicle, which enables close more new car sales.
• Manage existing businesses, identify new markets for expanding the business.
• Visit to customers sites, if required.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports based on customer visit / target.
• Co-ordinate with branches / head office for movement of vehicles.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
