Job summary

GEELY UAE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced used car sales professional to expand our customer network and drive sales targets. You will support the National Sales & Marketing Manager and the Sales Team, ensuring outstanding service and clear presentation of vehicle features.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a premium-luxury approach to customer interactions, with responsibility for delivering a superior buying experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in used car sales.
• Automotive background preferred.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.
• Premium-luxury service understanding.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets of the department.
• Develop and maintain professional presentation standards.
• Plan and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Evaluate used cars on trade-in per guidelines.
• Make all vehicle deliveries a special occasion and demonstrate features.
• Liaise with banks and insurers to obtain favorable deals.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective action.
• Focus on service quality and regular follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during and after sale.
• Support department objectives; maintain team spirit.
• Proactively develop new sales contacts and market penetration.

To contribute to the success of their team and the organization in achieving the vision of the division and GEELY by contributing to expanding the customer network by providing administrative assistance to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and Sales Team.

Job requirement:

• Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets of the department.
• Develop and maintain professional presentation standards.
• Successfully responsible for effectively implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Evaluate the used car on trade-in by the relevant guidelines.
• Making all deliveries of vehicles a special occasion & ensuring all features & benefits are demonstrated & explained in detail.
• Liaise with the bank and insurance companies to obtain favorable deals for the customer and the company.
• Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring corrective action has been taken.
• Focus on quality of customer service & regular follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during & after the sale.
• Support the overall objectives of the department.
• Encourage & Maintain a high level of team spirit within the department.
• Takes the initiative, and suggests and develops plans to explore and create new relations, contacts, and sales opportunities to improve market penetration into existing and new markets.
