Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of UAE business setup or related sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore licensing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu are advantages.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on UAE business setup options.
• Recommend activities, jurisdictions, and license types.
• Handle end-to-end company formation for Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore.
• Explain costs, requirements, and timelines to clients.
• Generate new business via calls, referrals, social media, networking.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
• Coordinate with PROs and authorities for timely processing.
• Assist with investor visas, Emirates ID, bank accounts, VAT, Corporate Tax.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and licensing policies.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring satisfaction.

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Business Setup Experts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn. Experienced candidates should have strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.

Salary Range: 3000AED to 5000AED

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients regarding business setup options in the UAE.
• Recommend suitable business activities, jurisdictions, and license types based on client requirements.
• Handle end-to-end company formation processes for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore businesses.
• Explain costs, legal requirements, and timelines clearly to clients.
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and Free Zone authorities to ensure timely processing.
• Assist clients with investor visas, Emirates ID, bank account opening, VAT registration, Corporate Tax registration, and other related services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on UAE government regulations, licensing policies, and compliance requirements.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Should have 1–2+ years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Company Formation, or a related sales role
• .Strong understanding of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore licensing (preferred for experienced candidates)
• .Knowledge of UAE visa procedures, PRO services, and business regulations is an advantage
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• .Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
• .Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• .Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage
• .Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
